Here's what we'll be eating this week:
*J is on a business trip for the first 1/2 of the week, so I'm taking the time to make some of the kids favorite, 'kid friendly' food!
Monday: Chimichangas/Stuffed Break Sticks (both already in freezer)
Tuesday: Chicken Quesidillas/Spanish Rice (use up leftover rotisserie chicken from Sundays dinner
Wednesday: Chicken 'things' /leftover mac n cheese/ broccoli
Thursday: Garlic Cheese Tilapia/ jasmine rice/ sweet potatoes
Friday: Ground turkey Spaghetti/ Salad/ Homemade Garlic Foccacia
Saturday: Meatloaf /Mashed Potatoes/ String Beans
Sunday: Chicken, Black Bean, Spinach Enchiladas/ Salad/ Chips n Salsa
breakfasts: muffins/ waffles/ slab apple pie/ cereal
lunches: homemade pizza (leftover dough in freezer)/ paninis/ cold cuts/ corn dog muffins/ leftovers
